Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in to another episode of the Modern Entrepreneurs podcast. Today my guest is Rachel Green. Rachel Green is the owner + designer behind Intentionally Designed. She is a graphic designer specializing in lifestyle branding design for busy women + business owners who are working towards creating a more intentional life + business. Her mission is to give her clients the tools + encouragement you need to design a life of joy + intention so they can focus on the things that matter.
Rachel doesn’t claim to have it all figured out. But her main connection with her clients is that she is just like them. She is a city girl turned farmer’s wife who has grown to love + cherish small town living. She is married her best friend +has a beautiful baby boy. She strives to live her life for what matters + take time to enjoy each day as it comes. As a small business owner, wife, + mother she knows it’s hard to draw a line between work + the rest of life. It’s when those come together in harmony that she finds joy.
This interview is also a great example of community over competition. Although Rachel + my business services seem familiar, we do have different target audiences. She targets busy moms who are business owners trying to find balance in their lives. My business, tries to connect with established or emerging fashion + lifestyle brands wanting to ignite their online presence. See the difference?
Knowing your business + your mission allows you to be able to step away from comparing yourself to others online or dwelling on what everyone else is doing with their business. Community over competition. As women, we tend to believe in tribes. Supporting one another is a huge element to our success.
